Emotion, immersion and comfort in a single language

The same high-pressure technology that cools becomes a scenographic instrument: fog tunnels, water screens, rain on demand and floating clouds for theme parks, events and shows. Every nozzle group is individually addressable for fog choreographies synchronised with music, lights and video.

Fog Tunnel

Immersive arches and corridors

  • Arched portals and tunnels with 360° nozzles create a vortex of dense fog that visitors walk through without getting wet
  • A “magic entrance” effect at a temperature 6–8°C lower

Water Screen

Water screen for video projection

  • A flat, uniform fog sheet 4–10 m wide and 2–3 mm thick

The physics behind the effect

Scientific note

Why the fog stays suspended

v_s ∝ d² (Stokes)

The settling velocity of a droplet follows Stokes’ law and is proportional to the square of its diameter. A 10 µm droplet settles at about 3 mm/s: it takes minutes to fall one metre. This is what allows the fog bank to stay suspended 30–80 cm above the ground and lets spectators walk through a tunnel without getting wet.

Scientific note

Dry fog and thermal comfort

With droplets below 10 µm, evaporation is complete in fractions of a second: the latent heat drawn from the air produces a perceived drop of 6–8°C inside the tunnel. The scenographic effect and the cooling are therefore the same physical phenomenon, delivered by the same system.
