Quick-connect fittings and polyamide tubing: the line that holds the system together.

Three consistent families: the 1/4″ line for compact systems, the 3/8″ line for extended runs and higher flow rates, and the stainless steel compression line for demanding or exposed installations.

Each line includes twelve fittings — line start, nozzle holder, union, elbow, tee, cross, line end, plug, adapter, reducer, line-start fitting and shut-off valve — sharing the same assembly logic, so the system can be extended or modified without redesigning it.

Choosing the line is not an assembly detail: it determines the available flow, the length of the run and the pressure drop down to the last nozzle. The colour of the sections below distinguishes the two quick-connect families — 1/4″ and 3/8″ — from the stainless steel compression line.

1/4″ for compact systems up to 6 l/min, 3/8″ for extended runs up to 11 l/min: the same twelve fittings and the same assembly logic.

Quick-connect ends remove threads and sealants along the line: assembling, modifying or extending the system takes minutes.

PA 12 tubing

Black polyamide rated to 100 bar in 25, 50 and 100 m coils: flexible in bends, stable over time, suitable for exposed runs.

Stainless compression line

For demanding installations: stainless steel compression fittings on 10 and 12 mm tubing, 85 Nm tightening torque and lines up to 200 m.

Safety margin

100 bar working pressure against a burst pressure of 200 to 300 bar depending on the line: the system runs with a wide safety factor.
