Droplet size is what makes the difference.
Our stainless steel nozzles with anti-drip valve produce micro-droplets of 11 to 22 µm. Nickel-plated brass body, stainless steel tip, integrated anti-drip valve and polyethylene filter, with a 10/24″ UNC thread (or 12/24″ for the dedicated tip).

The full range covers every requirement, from micro-cooling to dust suppression: orifices from 0.15 to 1.00 mm, cleanable versions with or without filter, all-stainless execution and a 12/24″ tip with impeller. Plugs, the nozzle wrench and AQU50 spare parts complete the line.

Dry fog
Droplets of 11 to 22 µm evaporate before reaching surfaces: they cool and humidify without wetting.
Stainless and anti-drip
